January passed in a blur. We had a heat wave at Christmas, a cold snap mid-month, and now the sun is finally coming back.
Here at Ashley’s Pastries, we’ve been busy baking, creating and preparing for what’s to come in the year ahead.
So, what’s in store in 2024?
We’ll continue to bake all of your favorites, like sand tarts, glazed croissants, and raspberry Danish. You’ll still find our cases filled with festive treats for holidays.
We’re hoping to add more to our gluten free options and will continue to take custom orders to help make sure we’re bringing your creative visions to life.
We’re looking forward to partnering with others in the community, as we believe we’re stronger together. One of our favorite things about this business is being a part of this amazing community. We love making baked goods for local community events and enjoy providing dinner rolls and baked goods for various restaurants in town.
Right now, we’re busy preparing for upcoming events. In the next couple of weeks, there’s quite a bit going on and plenty to celebrate! This gives us all something to look forward to, especially on these gray days that seem to go on endlessly.
First up is the Super Bowl – the biggest football game of the year. Next Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs will battle the San Francisco 49ers. Although our team isn’t a contender this year (maybe next season, Bengals!), we’re busy baking for the big game. If you’re hosting a party or going somewhere else to watch the game, we’ve got you covered with decorated sugar cookies or a tasty football cake. You can find them in our cases now or give us a call so we can put an order together for you.
Mardi Gras is just two days after the Super Bowl. Celebrate Fat Tuesday with our delicious, themed cookies and cupcakes. Looking for a King Cake? We’ve got them here.
Then, on Wednesday, February 14, is Valentine’s Day. This is the perfect chance to let your loved ones know how much they mean to you. We love a reason to celebrate love, and we’ve got cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and more decorated for this day. Stop in to see all of the fun options and place an order so it’s ready to share with your loved ones on the 14th.
