Yes, that’s right- there’s a national day dedicated to our favorite go-to sweet. As if you needed an excuse to eat one more cookie, this day would be it!

Have you heard of the “cookie of the stars”? Sand Tarts are a Hollywood favorite! Dayton native and Oscar-winning actress Allison Janney loves these cookies. She often orders them and we send them to her in the Golden State.

And right now when there are so many festive designs, these cookies are the perfect pick for any holiday gathering (no matter how small!). They also make a special week day “just because” treat.
